no amount of putting myself in someone else's shoes will make me understand what it is to experience systemic racism on a daily basis. yeah i got called "white slut" about every day in high school but i never received it from a place of cultural and societal inferiority.

Argue with them, tell them they're an idiot! If they rise to it and attack you, then sure, beat the shit out of them! But otherwise, let idiots be idiots, you're not going to change their attitude if you act like that towards them, it's only going to make them feel more justified in their position.
