If you don't want to have an abortion, adoption is always a good option. You can do an open adoption if you want. You just have to discuss with the family just how involved you want to be in the child's life.

I'm assuming you're young. Do you have a job? Would your grandmother help you at all if you kept the baby? If you do keep the baby, you should definitely go for child support. Even if it isn't much, every little bit helps.

If you have already made the decision you do not want to have an abortion you should look at your other options. Think about what is best for baby, whether you could go through with pregnancy and birth to give the baby up or whether you could go it alone as this could be a harsh reality you have to deal with. I bring up three kids on my own and it is not easy by far. It is not how I would have planned things but then without my children I don't think I would be as mentally strong as I am today. This is a question that only you can answer hun. x
