That was a joke... Well actually a snide/sarcastic comment. I was pointing out your lack of Christian practice when you said you wouldn't forgive me by saying Jesus would. Since I do not think that Jesus has such ambiguous powers as "forgiveness," and I have made it very clear that I am an atheist, I didn't actually mean/want Jesus for forgive me. I don't really give a fuck, because Jesus died a long ass time ago and he's less than dust now. So his cognitive gifts of forgiveness have long since gone.

As far as this topic goes, I will say one more thing. A quote from Claude Rains as Captain Renault in Casablanca that I think should be every Christian's answer to atheists when they pick and choose what we should believe:

And yes, it's highly convenient. We provide you with reasons for why your beliefs are incorrect and you just ignore it. You offer no counter-evidence for my argument and instead play the "omg you're so insulting" card. Lol. Forgive me if I think that makes you look unintelligent.
