You can call the fucking cops or you can call animal protection services, you dont need to kill the fucking dog!

the cops said that unless there is an atack there is nothing they can do and "animal protection services" HUNG UP on me, i am not an animal i tried lots of other ways but sometime you have to take things into your own hands

The cat was safe up the tree. Call animal control. They will pick the dog upand it will cost the neighbor to get it back. There will also be a record of the dog being a nuisance. This will compound each and every time they get called on the dog. The owner will end up in court. Btw you did not accidentally run the dog over, you mean to run it over.
