JELLLY!! ^^

You too can have such a collection by shopping at Sears, Harbor Freight, eBay, the Snap-On truck, and other fine retailers.

Would be going after any left over Professional tools (being discontinued), their pry bars, USA made sockets, Knipex pliers, and Channellocks.

None of their sockets are on sale yet... I did notice a few pry bars on sale though. I know it may not be a good idea but I just want to give it a few weeks before I buy anything just to see how far the prices come down.

Another good place to find good deals.  Pretty much anything I have Snap-On is lightly used so it wasn't full price.  Craftsman stuff was on sale or was a gift, and my SK stuff was bought off Advance Auto Parts with an online discount code.

moved my box to the back of the garage next to a cabinet. looks so tiny.

in the process of moving those cabinets on the left and cleaning behind them, the old bricks they were sitting on crumbled on me from the salt water over the years coming off cars parked there. went behind my shed and for the first time in five years besides yesterday, the neighbor who moved in a few years ago said hi and asked what i was looking for. told her i was looking to see if we had any leftover pavers/bricks of any kind and we had none. asked her if i could pay her for a handful since there's a fuck ton behind their shed against the other side of our fence. she told me i could take however many i wanted. only needed 8. nice people. apparently they work late. i never see them out.

Bought this 70s Craftsman box to do a little refurb on.  Gotta figure out where to get matching rivets since I'll have to drill them out.

Guy also threw in a free Kobalt impact gun for some reason.  Works for me.

This box was my dad's, presumably when he had less tools. Looks to be late 1960's or early to mid 1970's. Has been sitting in my garage now for a while, empty. The box itself is in great shape, the paint, not so much.. but it's what is on the inside that counts. Decided I'd use it once my tool box got crowded. I figure I can keep it kickin in memory of my dad, too.

Well.. the time has come.. decided to clean it up and oiled the slides with marvel mystery oil last night. Come out this morning, drawers open and close real smooth.

Thre's some pics.

Got most of my stuff in there. Need to track down which wrenches were mine and which were the main boxes, find out where the rest of my plier set went and other odds and ends but 95% of it is in there. Need to find a different kind of socket rack. I see these ones here and there that look like little plastic bases with pegs that stick up that the socket goes onto by size. May have to look into those.

it isn't bad IMO for the stuff I have.
