i hate having dark hair

my hair has gotten SO dark since my highlights have grown out i dont have "hombre" hair anymore and i dont spend enough time in the sun, i think having such dark hair makes my skin look so pale and just isnt flattering. i think i might only have partial highlights with the bottom layer of my hair still normal because i had my whole head highlighted last time and i thought it looked too much, i dont want SUPER light hair either.

what do you think??

i like this kind which is more golden

but i am pale so i think i am supposed to have ash blonde highlights...i dunno
