What's a healthy, preferably grilled, dinner recipes for dinner? Sides included. With a calories count, please? I personally don't want the meal to exceed 300 calories, they don't really care.

I've alreadcdy had 457 calories today ('I've had lunch and breakfast) and normally i don't have to worry about dinner because we usually dont eat together, but she wants to and she wants me to eat it. (They eat so unhealthy)

I was thinking some kind of grilled chicken or pork? But, what kind of saucey stuff with it?

And as a side, I have no clue.

Saute some peppers, onions, garlic and chicken sausage into a light pizza roll with some vegetable tomato sauce and bake it until it's warm. Maybe a little cheese? Side that with a salad, and maybe some brown rice and there's a 430 calorie meal. Or so.

Making a dinner with sides (if it's not just a salad with meat on it) under 300 calories is pretty hard.

You obviously want to start off with some kind of lean protein, such as pork, chicken, fish, or eggs.

Any kind of green veggie should work. Brussel Sprouts, green beans, broccoli, asparagus, etc. Cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, etc.

Yeah I was leaning towards chicken, and possibly pork. I just don't know how to grill either. :( hahah.

I was thinking probably green beans. They usually like to have a meat, a veggie, and something else. Idk why. And Idk what to do for the 'something else'

Do you think I could like wrap each individuale chick thingy in aluminum foil with onions, peppers and maybe super light BBQ sauce and let it grill?

I don't know if that's even possible, just a thought.
