However, you're only presenting one side of the story here.  Zimmerman claims it was self-defense and apparently there's some evidence to back that.

@DiamondRio:  your last sentence is a contradiction.  Avenging is NOT justice.  And unfortunately, the people of that community are only out for revenge, not justice.

You left out the part how he was a neighborhood watch participant who worked with the police. I believe he should be tried, but not for a random murder. He was obviously a trigger happy vigilante, not a racist murderer like they're playing him out to be.

How was it self-defense? Was the kid throwing skittles at him? I think there might have been some shoving, but seriously, I don't think that justifies murdering a 17 year old kid. He was a nut job. Even before this incident.
