Hii,
I really don't even know what to say...I have never felt like this before and its scaring me...
Ill feel so overly depressed if the slightest thing goes wrong, like literally the slightest, if I'm alone I feel really depressed too...I have got a lot going on but nothing that hasn't happened before.
And I'm scared of going out. I won't go out alone anymore, I think everyones looking at me all the time and thinking badly of me, I panic about going out and NOBODY I talk to understands how I feel:(
Help?:(

Do you have a close set of friends? Invite them over hang out, try to put this out of your mind. The more you think about it the worse it will get. Also, find something to do! Start running, or playing a musical instrument or learning a language. Focus hard of school work etc. If it's still really bad talk to a parent- if you can. If not a teacher who you're close to. There's always some one who will listen.

Also there's tons of online sites for people struggling with this sort of thing so look on there. Trust me you're not the only one, at least every day there's a post like this on livewire.

When I feel like how you've described (which can be surprisingly often) I consult the "Happy List" I made years ago. A list of things that always cheer me up.

I got the idea from: http://www.yesandyes.org/2010/03/101-ways-to-cheer-yourself-up-part-2.html

Make today about spoiling yourself and doing what you want to do.
Try and put whatever is upsetting you out of your head and try and focus on cheering yourself up.
Its the hardest thing to do when you're in a mood like this, but when you can master your own emotions, you're sorted

Hope you feel better.

Thank you very much for both your comments, i think the problem started when my close friend group split up this year and i started to also look at my body in a negative way, i now struggle to find anything positive about myself and that's why I struggle to go any were, I am going out to town on Friday or Saturday next week, so if I manage that I know I can do anything! Thank you so much though I will defiantly bear this in mind, its so nice to be able to talk to people anonymously:)
