It damages your liver. Or something like that. If you take just 10 of paracetamol nothing would happen, except a headache, you would have to take a whole lot more to die, or even get close.

You CAN get paracetamol poisoning if you take 6 or more in one sitting. It depends how your body reacts to it.
I have taken more and have been fine although I have heard of people taking 6 and needing to have thier stomouch pumped.
What kind of tablets are you talking about? What strength?

They could get paracetamol poisining, although it is unlikely, I think. I really meant what miligram the tablets were. There seems to be a cultural difference to deal with though.
If you are worried, take them to see a doctor and make up some bullshit story like she just grabbed a few and took them and later realised that 10 were gone.
It's really you call though, I'm not basing my responses on research.

If you overdose on laxatives, well, I dont really know what will happen, other than the obvious and that it will be very messy and unpleasant. not stricly true, u can really take up to a 1g of say paracetemol safely, and most packets only recommend around 400g-600g. Its if you start taking 10+ that you should be worried about ill effects (basing that on say 200g tablets) but its still not enough to kill you (in most cases).

it feels really good it takes all the pain away. but in the end it hurts your insides hurt it not the best thing in the world. if you decied to od then it different. if you take say more than 30 then the damage will be gretter and you have a higher chance to die. but its not wise trust me i know, how it feels.

depends, all different peoples bodies can handle so many. My friend was suicidal for a period in his life and he once took 76 paracetamols and all that happened was he got dizzy, threw up, threw up more and then threw up blood. he went to sleep and woke up fine
