Roommates left stuff here
...what do I do with it?

I know I posted on here about how my roommates took some of my stuff, but they have apparently left stuff here that is theirs. They left a DVD, a wooden clothes rack, some frying pans, and my one roommate left her bicycle and some lights out on the balcony. I have absolutely no way of contacting my roommates (I have no cell phone and I don't know their screen names, if they have any), and I have to move out before Friday.

What should I do with these things, especially the bicycle? I'm considering keeping the movie and the lights since they stole my dishes and my iron (and most of what they left here has found its way down the trash chute).

i'd say just keep the bike.  If they want it that bad, they'll find someway of getting it back from you. same with the other stuff.  Maybe the loss of their stuff will entice them to contact you and then you can barter, and say something like, "well, you took some of my stuff, so i'm not giving you back your's til i get mine back, in the same condition you took it in."

You know, use it for ransom.  And if they dont get back to you, well, hey, you scored a bike!!!  i wish i was so lucky, i  need a bike.

im going to conform and say sell or keep it. but if you really have something against them, tell your RA, CA, or whoevers in charge that ur room mate left things there, and they will probably be charged a disposal fee. just make sure you let someone know or the fee will effect both of you.
