You act like a lot of girls don't mind just changing in front of everyone, just as guys do. I don't think that you would have lasted in our band when I was in high school. We had co-ed busses and you either wore your uniform on the bus or you changed on the bus. Was more often than not the girls running around with little to nothing on than the guys.

It's band. It's kind of necessity to change. I know after games in August and September, if I didn't get out of the uniform ASAP, I might just had a heat stroke. Granted, we all wore tshirts and shorts underneath, but all the guys stripped down to boxers. The flagline was a bit more complicated but hey, it's not anymore than you see at a beach.
My college has coed bathrooms on some floors. There's one coed dorm and every other room is a different sex, so at the beginning of the year, they have a hall meeting to decide about bathrooms. Since they're far away, it's just more practical for them to be coed (like in bathroom emergencies), but typically there's a few hours a day where the bathroom is single sex for people who are uncomfortable about showering.
