Start talking to her, this is easier if you have classes with her. I mean just start saying hi to her and stuff. Then after a while really start having a conversation. You can compliment her first on things she does, like I don't know, like "That was a good idea!" or something then compliment her on other things. I wouldn't really just start off complimenting her on how she looks, cuz' she might be turned off by that. Well, that is all I can say right now.
