how bout you just say something like ' heya how are you doing' just in a random situation, im sure she cant laugh at you if u said tht ! then tht will get the convo going
eventually u cud ask if she had msn or summit, and then go from there

Start talking to her, this is easier if you have classes with her. I mean just start saying hi to her and stuff. Then after a while really start having a conversation. You can compliment her first on things she does, like I don't know, like "That was a good idea!" or something then compliment her on other things. I wouldn't really just start off complimenting her on how she looks, cuz' she might be turned off by that. Well, that is all I can say right now.

Well if your feelings persist for at least 2 weeks, then take action. Right now it could be a crush. After that, maybe say hi and walk to classes (if you're in school) with her. Can't hook up if she doesn't even know you =P
