how do i get rid of it?

i downloaded that thing where you can see if ppl blocked you or not. now, everytime i messsage someone it sends them this stupid message. i unistalled msn and msn everything then redownloaded it and it's still there! help!

never heard of that happening, my friend once download this weird antivirus thing and everytime i said anythign to her, a warning came up ont he msn screen

That thing isn't really a block checker. I was going to download it and someone told me whoever did download it is stupid because it doesn't work.

Try that, and DON'T DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLES. Chances are when you see .exe at the end of a file, it's some sort of trojan or virus. Don't accept that type of file unless you absolutely trust the person who sent it to you.

Whjen you see at the start of a conversation "Hi, im using msn block checker" DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT! It is full of adware and trojans.

You could try the instructions given above, but system Restore under Windows XP will do it, HOWEVER if you have installed ANYTHING else since you installed the block checker, then they too will be "uninstalled". Normal files (audio, video etc.) will not be affected by System Restore and it is completely reversible.
