I won't bore you all with HR sounding reasoning and what not because enough of that has already been brought forth within the topic itself. I just wanted to make sure that you're all aware of the decision made by the moderation team.

I really don't know abs. I don't know much of his history. I don't really know his presence on the site. I would have treated any member the same way as he was in this situation.

Nice to know that it has nothing to do with a person's actions, but only the response to those actions that determines if you get punished or not.

That's the point though, we can't understand why this member was banned (look through the topic), and so when you say "that's not the only factor" but don't present the other factors, it alienates us. It makes it sound arbitrary.

The other factor, that has been repeated by multiple mods, is my 'hatred' of women, especially rape victims, simply because I dare to suggest that false rape claims are bad.

I didn't see anyone mention your 'hatred' of women in the mod discussion.
There HAVE been other arguements through the topic, I was reading this as I went on to make my own opinion.

Again, this is futile. Decision has been made and no further comment is necessary on my part.
