The answer is simple, of course.  

Remove all rights to property to the self. This will destroy the market economy and thus all major means of production and consumption. Remove all capibilities to communicate and travel globaly. Concerining the self: no rights of any kind, all become privliages. (look up the diffrence between a right and a privilage, sort of intresting) End all copywright and patent law. Discourage and outlaw the use of reason to solve problems, that ought to do it all right, in the end we would all be foragining for mushrooms in the forest.
