To sace the world,i will first get all those presidents out of their positions and then shoot them.After that,I will make sure that each country is ruled by a group of people(senate/parliament) and these people will be elected by the citizens of each country at the end of each year.All the members of the senate/parliament will have the same power.

Although, there is nothing man can do to save the world.  We can improve it slightly, but we will not save it.

2) Government-provided education
3) Eliminate the oil business
