Just downloaded it. It's fucking scary what's on your pc...

Ya. Anywhom. There's supposed to be a good one on http://www.download.com called spyware doctor or something, but it won't download for me. Pfft. Spybot's supposed to be the best one to use yah?

I use Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot - Search & Destroy, and Avast for viruses. The best free ones around.

I use spybot, ad-aware, and javacool's spyware blaster.

They work well together.

I actually know the guy who wrote Spybot Search & Destroy. He wrote it when he was in college, and it took off from there.

My Security Programs
ZoneAlarm- firewall
AVG 7.0- antivirus
Spybot Search & Destroy- spyware
HiJack This-general purpose (don't use unless you understand what you are doing, or are under the guidance of someone who does! you are messing with important things!)

[color=indigo]To me Ad-aware Se Personal does the job for me. I also had a program that actually prevented spyware to some extent. I would also recommend that you get Zone Alarm, this program allows you to literally control what programs have access to the internet and is a great firewall.
