no.  some drugs are way too dangerous to have available to the public.  if its no problem for a kid to find a cigarette to smoke, then what would stop a kid from finding heroin or meth.  marijuana is the only drug that should be considered for legalization because it simply isn't dangerous.

But drugs are fairly available anyway. At least then you would cut out the drug dealers.


they aren't THAT available.  to use the smoking example, a cigarette which is legal for people over a certin age is still very easy for a minor to access.  same with alcohol.  anything thats legal for adults will find its way into the hands of minors.
