it would actually be "ca va bien" which is "it goes good"  "i go good" doesn't really make any sense.  

and yeah, slovakian and polish are reallyyyyyy similar.


It doesn't make sense in English, which is true. Answering with "je vais bien" or "ça va bien" sounds just fine to me.
