vomiting blood

i've been vomiting blood, and coughing up blood and i have blood in my stool.
its not a large amount of blood but it scares me to see that so.. anyone have an idea to what it could be?

i was thinking it could be a bleeding ulcer because i have most of those symptoms:
Nausea
Vomiting
Loss of appetite
Loss of weight
Tiredness (a symptom of a bleeding ulcer)
Weakness (a symptom of a bleeding ulcer)
Blood in vomit or stool. When blood is in the stool, it appears tarry or black (symptom of a bleeding ulcer).

but i dont have any pain which seems like it'd be the most important or noticable symptom?  do they always hurt when you have one?

NO they don't always hurt...my sis is having those problems right now as well...they are doing tests. But yeah...and your probably anemic as well...so get lots of iron...LOTS and plenty of fluids...see your doctor asap
