If anyone is or was an RA here, can you give me your best opinion/expert advice?

Has this situation ever happened to you?....a Resident comes over to you complaining that they feel ill or their stomach really hurts?  TO the point that you might need tot ake them to the hospital??  Like seriously sick, someone else coming to tell you that their roomate is on the floor in pain..

What would you do/say at advice?  And if you are an RA of the opposite sex, does it make any differnce (example: if a girl has really bad menstraul cramps, what do you do?)

I would take them to the hospital regardless of gender. If you are uncomfortable, you can always find an RA of the opposite sex to assist you.
