OK. To my ear, "Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?" indicated GREATLY that it is a prostitute talking to a client - simply for the fact that "vous" is being used. Normally when you are having sex with someone, you know them a lot more personally and the "tu" form is used.

So:

To someone you love/know well who you want to have sex with:
"Tu veux coucher avec moi, ce soir?"
"Veux-tu coucher avec moi, ce soir?"
