I have abdominals and they're built fine and stuff.  I can see them when I flex. There's just a layer of fat or something over them.  (mostly the bottom ones) Does this mean that, in order to get the pack I want, situps and stuff aren't the way to go as much as running a lot and stuff? I just need to burn it, while keeping the abs in shape of course but I shouldn't focus on doing like hella crunches or anything when I could be out running right? I'm willing to do what I need to do, I just want to know where to focus.  thanks muchos

Fo sheezyz.  I appreciate the clarification.

Yeah.  I'm trying to wake up at 6 and go running but I always go back to sleep and wake up at 7 when I actually need to get up.  -_-

But I'm getting exercise later in the day so I'll try to keep that up and keep attempting to get up in the morning.
