i dont eat at school. i'll have a flatbread at 7am, then nothing but gum for 12hours, and then dinner. then exercise.
weekends i have to eat, because i have no willpower, and at school i have lessons where i cant eat, but at home theres nothing stopping me,
so i lose about 2lbs a week. although the exercise makes me healthier than if i was just starving and the dinner is healthy.
i have depression, which is why i binge/starve i guess.
sucks though,.
