Maybe you should work out more and build some muscle. Muscle adds weight.
Question for you though, is how do I go about building muscle and gaining weight without losing weight? Just pretty much lift weights like mad crazy? I think I eat enough already. Lol

If you gain muscle, you will gain weight, since muscle is heavier than fat.

Is there a way to kind of get a build going. I don't want to have a basketball players body. You know, skinny and just toned. I want to be kind of beefy.
You know what I mean.

I do.
Go for heavier lifting with less reps, as opposed to lighter with more reps. Push yourself, and tear the muscle. The more damage you do, the more it grows.
You may want to try creatine as well. It increases water retention in the muscle, which makes them increase in size faster.
