One thing that I think really helps people is listening to the right music. One of my fave bands right now is Tupelo Honey and I think it's because I am in love with their song Not Alone. It's so uplifting in my opinion and I can honestly listen to it over and over again. You guys should check them out cuz they're also just a really great band to listen to at any time of the day!
