i really want to loose weight and i am not going to be happy until i do i am 15 years old, 5 foot 3 inches, and 127 pounds. i want to go down to at least 110-105. i cannot excercise, it is about enough to kill me. and i cannot stop drinking pop because i am addicted lol. so i pretty much stopped eating (700-1500) calories each day. i eat really light foods and very little, and every couple days i eat a lot more. i feel really really proud of myself though if i can go a whole day without eating such and such calories. and if i eat too much i plan out how much i can eat the next day. i dont want to eat, like it makes me feel sick to feel full. i keep getting light headed, dizzy, and tired when i dont though. i am just afraid of loosing control. could my not eating also cause my period to be late? i was supposed to start about 5 days ago and i havent

it's not anorxic, just cutting back on food. your period shouldn't be affected by the food intake so suddenly, either. just stress about losing weight will do that to you.

umm, 127 pounds is right about where a 15 year old should be. and if you just eat healthier foods, you lose more weight because not eating is the reason that your period is late, and it will be the reason of much more problems, to.

No, matter how much you hate exercising..that and eating healthy is the way to go. Your body needs food and you depriving it of it is unhealthy. Not eating could be the reason your period is late if you are normally regular.

eat normally, drink diet drinks (its not the sugar your addicted to its the caffeine) you don't sound well, you need to eat properly
