I started on Adios yesterday, but off a few people, ive heard that it didnt work for them...

Has anyone tried it on here?

Also i forgot to ask... how exactly does it work? does your friend still eat the same stuff she ate before she started using them? or has her diet changed...? is she doing more exercise than she use to etc?

Im not sure how she takes it to be honest, she does lots of exercise!

yeah, i also though someone was leaving or soemthing.

but diet pills dont work!! mabey a little, but they arent 'natural'

just get yourself a healthy diet and stick to it.
