It is unlikely that you have one, but the fact is, he should have been wearing a rubber. It's just as easy to transmit STIs through oral as it is through vaginal. I guarantee that you wouldn't have sex with a guy who'd been around without a rubber, so why would you give him oral without one?

You could just be paranoid, but if you don't know his full sexual history, and if you're unsure whether or not he is STI free, then you should get checked out, just to be on the safe side.
