Personally i would rather if something like this happened to me, tell her because isn't it better that she hears it from you rather than maybe another friend or someone she barely knows. She might be annoyed and pissed off to begin with however she will respect the fact that you have told her rather than keeping your mouth shut and her finding out through other ways.
Also explain how you were drunk and everybody knows what you can get like when drunk you end up getting off with some random people or people you know. I know this might not help her feel any better about things however it would be better that she heard it from you.
You are bound to feel awful however there isn't much you can really do as you can't turn back time. Just talk to your mate and then you will be able to talk it out.
