3 or 4 days ago my boyfriend shoved me onto my bed and i think i shook to much or my head rebounded too much because in the front and back of my head ive been having MASSIVE headaches, and they havent gone away.

and this morning i woke up and it felt like 1000000 pounds was sitting on top of my skull. i could walk or breath normally without a sharp pain.

is this normal after getting hurt, or what?
its been four days now

I'd go to the ER and get a scan. You could have messed something up bad in there. Maybe your brain is a little swollen or something. How hard did you hit it?

honestly it sounds like you should go see a doctor to make sure that there is nothing seriously wrong- it sounds not only sketchy, but really awful to live with so at the very least they'll give you some good painkillers to make you feel better

If it has been that long I'd take a trip to the doctor. If any headache is that severe it means there could be something wrong. I'm not saying it's anything major, but it may be worth getting checked out.

go to a friend shouse and have them take you, then.
or find your local hospital numer and call them, tell them whats going on. they'll decide if its serious enough or not to come in.

Head Injury Symptoms
Signs and symptoms of head injuries vary with the type and severity of the injury.

Minor blunt head injuries may involve only symptoms of being "dazed" or brief loss of consciousness. They may result in headaches or blurring of vision or nausea and vomiting.

Severe blunt head trauma involves a loss of consciousness lasting from several minutes to many days or longer. Seizures may result. The person may suffer from severe and sometimes permanent neurological deficits or may die. Neurological deficits from head trauma resemble those seen in stroke and include paralysis, seizures, difficulty speaking, seeing, hearing, walking, or understanding.

Penetrating trauma may cause immediate, severe symptoms or only minor symptoms despite a potentially life-threatening injury. Death may follow from the initial injury. Any of the signs of serious blunt head trauma may result.

What happens after a head injury?
It's normal to have a headache and nausea, and feel dizzy right after a head injury. Other symptoms include ringing in the ears, neck pain, and feeling anxious, upset, irritable, depressed or tired.

The person who has had a head injury may also have problems concentrating, remembering things, putting thoughts together or doing more than one thing at a time.

These symptoms usually go away in a few weeks, but may go on for over a year if the injury was severe.

You're PROBABLY fine. I mean its not like you got hit by a car or anything. But just keep this in mind, especially for in the future, we all have gotten a head injury at one point and thought, "eh,  I'm fine." but sometimes we really do need medical attention. My intention wasn't to scare you or diagnose you.

Well if it has been this long, and no signs of relief, I'd go to the Emergency Room, or find a way to go. It's not normal if it hasn't gone away and you are experiencing the symptoms you are having.

when the brain hits the skull that hard, usually swelling can occour, and it can be very serious. I really advise you to find a way to go or talk to a doctor, or someone who works at a hospital. They usually like you to be scanned, even for the smallest head injury.
