Ok. here it goes. Are all laptop card slots the same size as any other? and are all the wireless network cards the same size as the card slots.

like saying Linksys wireless cards can fit in a Dell inspiron 1150?

There are different sizes for Internet cards.

There is a USB. That looks something like this:

Then, there is a size like this:

And this:

Wireless routers could use all of these, check your laptop to see which is which. :)
