She says shes depressed because people have always been mean to her. Told me shes being abused by guys not sexually but physically. Says its not their fault because they have such hard lifes. Tells me she has a disability since she hit her head when she was younger. I thought she was just shy but now it makes sense. She looks away quite often. She says shes to young to have a bf but obsessively text es me. People say she is retarded. I did'nt think she was but maybe she is. What do i do here?

You don't deserve her.

"People say she is retarded. I didn't think she was but maybe she is."

If you're going to judge her for the things that have happened to her and her hardships, you're just a jerk. Finding these things out shouldn't change your opinion of her.

haha, That's one way to put it.

If you honestly and truly like her for her, don't worry what others say about her. She obviously likes you and has even confided in you about some rather personal things. If anything, she just needs a friend. And you can't blame her for wanting even that. A disability shouldn't get in the way of anything. As long as she knows how to take care of it (and maybe even you, in case of emergencies), what is there to worry about? You shouldn't let a disability define who a person is.

You treat her the way you did. Obviously changing your views on her now will most likely make her regret things.

I don't know what can be done about the physical abuse. Unless you know a way of who's doing it and tell someone about it.

I can't blame her for being shy. Don't start judging if she's not or is just based on what had happened. It's not fair to her.

People tell me I can get way better girls than her. They tell me she is weird is slow, cant understand etc etc. But I just can't stop replying to her when she talks to me. I was new to the school and she asked me if i was going to the prom. Then I asked her. I then found out she had asked out tons of other guys and they all said no to her. I asked one why he said no. He said and laughed "shes slow". Now people think im retarted but once they start talking to me they think why am I going to the prom with this girl.

Well, if you like her, who cares what other people say? It's your life, not theirs, so make your own choices :) If you like her, you like her, and good on you for it.
