I'm 15, I'm going to the dentist with my mom today, for my 6 month check up or whatever. Well during the past 6 monthes I started smoking. About a pack a week. I haven't had one since Monday. Will the dentist be able to tell? Or say anything?   .

You are only at a pack a week now and haven't had one for over half a week. Why not take control and don't start up again. You know what's waiting for you later. And "later" does show up one day. You probably hang out with smokers now. Tell them you decided not to keep doing it and it's your decision. They might give you a hard time for a few days but tell them it's your decision..over and over until they either get it, or get tired of pressuring you. (I'm convinced this kind of peer pressure is so the smokers feel better about themselves doing it, since you are too. They don't care about you that much.)

As for your question, the dentist may or may not be able to tell depending on staining, but he/she is unlikely to mention it.

Yes the dentist will probably pickup on that right away. I think you should lose that nasty habit before it's too late. Smoking is a nasty stinky habit that makes most everyone that smokes look like complete imbeciles.
