Heyy. Has anything changed in your life recently? Anything at all? I guess you'd have realised if this was prompted by some big, life-changing event, like a death in your family, but is there anything smaller? The end of a school term or something? A change in diet, even?
One thing I can recommend is that you try taking up something new. Are there any clubs you could join? If you're angry, then it might be an idea to join a sports club. You can take out your anger by playing the sport, it'll help you get healthier (which is always going to make you feel better) and also, exercise produces endorphins, which make you feel happy.
Pushing away people who are close to you...I can think of two things you could do.
First one is to talk to them. Explain that you're going through a bit of a weird time right now, and ask them to please not be angry if you seem a bit standoffish or sullen because really, they haven't done anything wrong.
Second one is to make a real effort to get more involved with them in the hope that it'll kick you out of the doldrums. Make every effort you can to get somewhere and make progress by trying to interact with people as much as possible.
Do any of these suggestions sound like something you might be able to do?
