Having a tape worm in you would make you lose weight. It could possible cause damage to you though, since it is a parasite.
But if you want it bad enough, it'd be your call. I love it how there are so many people calling you pathetic when if they needed to/really wanted to lose weight they'd do it also and if they won't then they're uncomfortable with the idea of a worm being inside of them.

But where would you get a tape worm anyway, eat raw meat lol?
Basically, a better/safer bet would be just dieting and exercise.

Even if I was desperate to lose weight I wouldn't do it because they lay eggs in your body which can be transported to different parts of your body and stay there permanantly, usually to places such as your eye, which can cause blindness.
