What If i under-eat for a day.

Like eat 800 calories a day. And I excersice and work out.

Will i lose weight?

yeah. just watch what you eat and calculating calories helps too. and doing physical activity boosts it up.
you will most likely. but working out can strengthen muscles, causing more muscle or bone mass.

yeah you will lose weight if you work out and have the right amout of food so you will lose more if you dont eat as much and do the same work out    BUT DONT HURT YOURSELF!

No. You'll probally Gain weight. You should eat at least 6 times a day. When the body gets hungry it stores fat. Because it doesn't know when you're going to eat again. But if you eat more often (Not more food, just more often. Healthey stuff) It will stop storing fat because it know's you're not starving.
