i have several:
i have flat feet which i've had for life but wasn't diagnosed until i was 13. in my case, it is debilitating, i can't walk for more than a couple hours without pain even though i have custom orthotics.
i have IBS which was diagnosed at the ripe old age of 8 (that's insanely early for IBS). i've grown out of it a little bit, though. i also have mild lactose intolerance.
then there's the little things - my eyes can't focus properly (which becomes painful without glasses, diagnosed at 5), and the mild depression (which i've pretty much beat now).

I have had psycosis since I was a kid. But it got really bad when I was about 16 when I started doing drugs.

It's not really a disease, or illness. But I have Alopecia. It means my body is alergic to my own hair, and it can fall out at any point in my life. It hasn't fallen out since I was 5, but it could later on in my life. I was born with it they tell me.

I was diagnose with ADHD when I was five.
I also have B12 deficiency, I have to have injections every three months, probably for the rest of my life or I could damage my CNS =]
