ok i really need help and don't know where to turn for over a year of and on i have been bulimia but at some point i stopped but i started gaining weight lately Ive been doing it again but it seems like i cant stop i want to because its causing me massive headache and i know I'm hurting my body but i cant seem to lose weight and i know its the wrong thing to do but now its to the point i cant stop its like after any little thing i eat i purge i hate that I'm like this but its so hard to quit

please stop, i have a friend that does it and its heartbreaking for me i know it feels hard not being able to lose weight really quickly, but its actually easier than you think this is gunna sound really sad and stupid but tell your mum because once you've told someone close something like that it becomes easier to get over it, trust me i know i used to self harm
