Yes, I agree with all of those.
I also hate idiots who come up so close behind you that they are literally inches from your bumper. Usually when that happens, I will already be speeding slightly to prevent them from getting any closer.
If I can move, I usually do. But sometimes, I like to let them suffer a little...
