My boyfriend is making a website for his business but can't get it to work in IE. He's using Dreamweaver and has gotten it to work in FireFox and Safari, though. Here are the following problems he's enountered: *his drop down menus, when you scroll over them, don't drop down, they're at the top of the screen *the text on his main page isn't centered, it's off to the right so that you have to scroll over *several of his other pages are the same way, only with the text centered -- you still gotta scroll even though there's nothing there *he has music playing on his front page but the plug-in stopped working about 20 minutes ago; instead of loading, it says there's an error and that it failed to initialize
Does anyone have any idea what he could do to fix any of the above problems? I'd appreciate the advice.

First step, sort these out. The music player at the bottom of the page seems to be a big part of the problem.

I have a fleeting suspicion that the width of the <EMBED /> is what causes it to stretch like that. Remove it completely from the width of the layout (forcing it to 1008px anyway is poor design) and give it its own column and playbox, or something.

It'll be 8px thinner. Needs to change one of the values, so that they match.
