Eh there were decent but no where near as good as some of the previous titles. As for this IF it does come out it will just be a slightly revamped version of diamond and pearl allowing you to catch all 3 legendaries in that game.

As for the next game to introduce a new region I think that is a long way off it has to take the people who work for the pokemon company forever to come up with new pokemon especially now that there are 493-500 not sure on exact number anymore.

Although what I wish they would do is combine all 4 current region Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh and make 1 big game where you go through and collect all 32 gym badges or all 8 from the 4 different regions. You could choose which region you start in and you would represent that region. Only hard part would be deciding how to do the elite 4 and the pokemon champ. Have each region have there own and you have to beat each of them, or just have 1 grand Pokemon League over all the regions. Or probably best and most likely idea once you beat each regions elite 4 and champ you get something like and gym badge and you have to collect all 4 to get to the main elite 4 to challenge them and then the Over everyone champ.

IDK just ideas.
