Ok I am a guy 13 just about 14. I have a sore on the outside of my mouth it is not my my lips but close. Left side. It has been there for about three days. It is redish and it is two small spots but they don't look like a zit. It kind of hurts there is a tiny tiny bump right under it inside my mouth. I hate it and I want it gone what is it? How do I get rid of it I have never had a zit or anything like that all I have ever had was dry lips. Some people say they don't notice it but I do. Help please....
