6:40 - Regal Cinemas 15: Ironman

9:00 - Shana sees Livi (best friend) and goes over to her (and her boyfriend, Chico Martinez)
- Shana and Livi talk, and Chico says to me,
- C: "So you're talking shit about my brother?"
- B: "Me? I think you have the wrong person."
- C: "No. I'm talking about you."
- B: "Who are you? I don't even know you."
- L: "Stop it!"
- C: "I'll wipe that smile off your face motherfucker!"
- B: "I don't even know you."
- L: "Chico, stop it! You're ruining my reunion with Shana!"
- S: "We should probably go, my stepdad is here."
- Me and Shana walk away

Saturday Afternoon (Spotsylvania Town Center)

7:00- Livi is spotted at the mall, Shana avoids her
- (She blew her off to see me today)

7:15- Shana and I are sitting at the front entrance with our bags on the ground in front of us
- Sam Martinez and a crew of about 5 - 6 people (Chico and Armando Gomez among them) approach us
- S: "You're talking shit about me, white boy?"
- B: "I don't even know you!"
- S: "Fucking stand up fool! I'm calling you out!"
- B: "I don't fucking know you! Step off!"
- S: "Come on, pussy!" (A large crowd is gathering)
- B: "Cut it out, you're embarrassing yourself."
- S: "You wanna fucking start shit?"
- I ignore Sam and give Shana the build-a-bear I made for her
- I was putting the bear clothes on the entire time on the bench
- As I was talking to Shana, Sam punches me in the jaw
- Him and a few others (I couldn't tell) pulled me to the ground
- On the ground, Sam is punching me as Chico holds me down
- Someone else is kicking me, but I manage to break off
- I launch Sam over my shoulder as he comes after me while I'm getting up
- A couple of bystanders pull them away
- B: "I DON'T EVEN FUCKING KNOW YOU!"
- ?: "Stupid motherfucker!"
- B: "What the fuck is your problem?"
- Bystanders are breaking everything up, I sit down on the bench
- A lot of people ask if I'm alright as the crew runs away; Livi is crying

Wednesday Afternoon

6:50- I am skating home from Shana's house (Governor's Green)
- I come across Livi and Chico at the library
- Livi waves, I wave back; Chico gives me a dirty look as I skate by

7:10- I am skating into the bike trail
- Sam and Armando come out from behind me and yell for me
- Armando comes up and blocks me; I get off my skateboard
- A: "So you're talking shit to my boy just now?"
- B: "What are you talking about?"
- A: "At the library, motherfucker!"
- B: "I didn't say anything, I don't know what you're talking about!"
- Sam pulls out a knife
- S: "You talking shit, motherfucker?"
- A: "Nobody's around, lets do this."
- B: "What's the knife for?"
- S: "You're going to die, motherfucker!"
- Armando punches me in the side of the head, I fall to the ground
- S: "Shit, somebody's coming!"
- A: "Shit!"
- I get back on my skateboard and start to skate away
- A: "That's right, run you fucking pussy!"
- I throw out my arms and hit my chest
- B: "I'm right here!"
- Armando and Sam grab large branches and come towards me
- A: "Come here, motherfucker!"
- S: "Fucking pussy!"
- B: "You're a fucking pussy! Fuck off!"
- A: "We're going to kill you, you white motherfucker!"
- I walk backwards away from them
- B: "I'm pressing charges on all of you."
- S: "Do it motherfucker!"
- A: "We aren't scared of your bitch ass!"
- B: "We'll see."
- As I'm walking away, Leah Schubel runs past me.
- I skate on and don't look back
