uh, i took legitimate iq tests administered by 'licensed psychologists'. not that it matters  

i suppose if you think linearly, it doesnt seem that way, but if you are actually intelligent in a non-narrow way, youd notice that the whole test is based on completing simple tasks quickly  

a fool could get a 140 if he studied up, honestly. i would have done a 200 if  i tried and studied. no bearing on intelligence

If the test is timed, I can see where you're coming from. This though was a lot less about time and more the resources you're given.

I have a logic based mind. I can do the shit inside-out and backwards. However, my math skills suck so bad I squirt liquid fail out of my ears if I'm assigned anything like that.

I would personally consider math a LOT more linear than I would something like programming, which I've been doing fluently for about 5 years now. So I suck at the more linear tasks, yet I can do IQ tests terrificly. That's the problem I'm having with your theory.
