Just make sure that when you have your next relationship you don't rush into things too quickly. Love is a huge emotion and isn't something which should be said unless you mean it. I lost my virginity with my ex, I was with her for urm, 2 months yeah not long I know. But for those 2 months I never once said I loved her, because it wasn't true and I didn't wanna say it without meaning.
