I'm a follower of Jesus Christ, and as such, I believe its a sin to masturbate. "But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people." Ephesians 5:3 (NIV) If a hint, is anything that gets you closer to the answer (sex outside of marraige), than I think masturbation is a sin. Anyway, since I don't want to do it, I have a bit of a problem.
I'm masturbating in my sleep.
I'm not talking about 'wet-dreams' or 'nocturnal emissions' where it just comes out, i'm actually masturbating in my sleep just like someone who walks or talks in their sleep. I would actually love to have a wet dream, because then i would know that i didn't do it myself. I am always like halfway asleep halfway awake, where I know what I'm doing, but I can't do anything, I can't even say anything. Any ideas of how to stop this? may the God of peace be with you all,

Well, that is something you will have to do yourself. You are loyal to god, and that is good, but I think that god will forgive you if you sub-consiously (that's what it is really, awake but not) are masturbating, but he would want you to try and control yourself I think. Train yourself to not. Wear tight clothing on your bottoms maybe, and hmm, just think about not doing it for a while before bed, and with hope, and determination, you might be able to overcome your subconsious state. I personally would find it very tough to do so, but I also am not the biggest follower of Jesus Christ even though I am part of the church, so you might have more faith then I do, and will be able to overcome it.
