I may be the only one that thinks this and I may get a lot of replies saying this is a dumb idea but in the guidelines it says that users are not allowed to use all caps in their posts. And shouldn't these guidlines be enforced? Personally, it really annoys me when noobs use all capital letters and I usually don't even read their posts because it's just too bothersome and annoying. I usually send people that are using all caps this message: Welcome to LW. As you may not know, it is against the rules to post in all capital letters, as well as being very annoying to the other members of this site. Please refrain from using all caps if you wish to have a happy stay here at Livewire. Thank you.

It's not THAT big a deal and I'm not just talking about all caps but other guidelines too. Anyways that's my "rant."
