I think yes. The better the violence is portrayed, then the more it adds to the realism. And if you don't like that, then don't play the game.

well but you have to consider those who want to play games, but would rather do without such realistic violence. I personally don't have a problem with it, but I also don't think its a good idea to encourage people that it's a good thing.
